Why Solace had a positive experience implementing Bud

Why Bud?

Solace were using a mixture of an online platform and manual processes to onboard and track learner journeys. The team expressed their need for a single platform to eliminate labour intensive actions including trainers manually enrolling learners, collecting data in disparate systems, potentially creating compliance risk. Claire was asked to research the potential options available on the market.

Having found Bud through online search, Claire created a shortlist of four providers for the organisation to compare. Claire found that the Bud sales process was not salesy at all. She said “We all loved Ruth, our Bud BDM. She has worked in many roles within training providers which meant she had real empathy for the difficulties our team experiences. Bud implementation

Once the sales process was complete, the team at Solace were introduced to Bud’s implementation team which is also made up of experts in training delivery.

Claire said, “Bud’s implementation process was excellent, our Bud Delivery Consultant, Craig, answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. After our training sessions, our trainers gave him great feedback. I really can’t praise the people at Bud enough.”
