The 2021 RoATP Refresh

Brad has been involved in training for over a decade now. Having worked as a trainer and an assessor he's experienced first-hand the difference that high quality teaching makes to a person's life and is passionate about improving learner outcomes.

As Chief Operating Officer at Bud, he is keen to make sure every customer maximises the benefits of our platform, so that they can improve efficiencies across their businesses and devote more time to their learners and improving their outcomes. 

Matt Wood is one of our Product Owners here at Bud. Having come from a funding & compliance background, he knows the ESFA requirements inside out and what is required to help our customers remain compliant.  

Ruth is one of our Business Development Managers here at Bud, prior to which she spent six years as a trainer and area manager at Lifetime Training. She understands what’s required by Ofsted and how stressful an inspection can be for training providers. 

Craig is a Delivery Consultant here at Bud and has 14 years’ experience within the training industry. In his role, he sees first-hand the challenges providers are facing when it comes to Ofsted inspection and having spent 12 years at Lifetime Training, he knows exactly what high quality training delivery should look like.
