Richard Moore was a full-time inspector (HMI) with both the Adult Learning Inspectorate and Ofsted for 13 years. He also managed a team of both schools and further education and skills inspectors during his time with Ofsted. He now runs his own consultancy company, advising colleges and training providers on how to improve their provision and on how to prepare for various types of inspection.
