The Role

We’re looking for an outstanding B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, to help us continue building our brand and growing our customer base.

Bud’s marketing team currently consists of the Head of Marketing who has overall responsibility for the marketing function, and the Marketing Executive who is responsible for events/webinars and content. We are now recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supporting the Head of Marketing on our digital demand generation strategy. The successful candidate will have the following skills:
    • HubSpot – proficient user, able to plan and build automated flows, including email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, chatbot, progressive forms
    • HubSpot reporting – ability to report on campaign effectiveness and to build attribution modelling
    • Experience using a Sales CRM, Dynamics 365 or similar
    • LinkedIn advertising – strategy, implementation, analysis & reporting
    • Facebook Retargeting – strategy, implementation, analysis & reporting
    • AdWords/PPC – strategy, implementation, analysis & reporting
    • SEO – working with our SEO agency on strategy, implementation, analysis & reporting
    • Experience in creating robust testing plans to ensure the constant improvement of our campaigns across all media
    • Managing our YouTube account
  • Leading the redevelopment of our website with an external agency, currently in WordPress. The successful candidate will understand best practice for website design and development and will be able to update the website on an ongoing basis.

You must have:

  • The ability to interpret the marketing strategy and the overall marketing plan, thereby creating delivery plans for your areas of responsibility
  • A positive attitude and enjoy working as a team, collaborating on campaign ideas and then developing them within your areas of responsibility
  • A keen eye for detail, with excellent proof-reading skills
  • A head for data, with the ability to create a clear testing plan and ability to attribute outcomes to activities
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and the lead to sale process

You will be responsible for meeting your MQL monthly target.
