How do I register for Bud?

If you are a learner or employer, your trainer or training organisation will send you an email invitation to register on Bud.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Click on forgotten password at the Bud log in page  If the email address is valid, you will receive an email from Bud which you will need to action within 12 hours.  If the link has expired, simply follow the forgotten password link again to repeat the process.

My user name or password are not recognised, what should I do?

Please check your email address and password are correct, then follow the forgotten password link on the web log in page.  You’ll receive an email from Bud which will enable you to reset your password.  If you are still having trouble after following these steps contact the Bud support team.

I’m logged in to the mobile app but it’s not working – what do I do?

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  Also ensure that you have up to date software on your device.  If you are unable to see or click, rotate the device to see if that helps.  Bud is fully responsive so you can also try logging in to the web browser from your mobile device.
