Business Development Manager

Play a key role…
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead revenue growth in the small to mid-market segment. In this dynamic role, you’ll identify and close new business opportunities, showcase the value of our innovative solutions, and be supported by a steady stream of MQLs and SQLs. Working alongside an SDR, you’ll help generate even more opportunities in a fast-paced, fun environment with huge potential for career growth.

The role in a nutshell, you’ll be…

  • Lead generation: Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and support from the SDR team. Leverage MQLs and SQLs to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prospect engagement: Initiate and nurture client relationships via calls, emails, and meetings, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Solution presentation: Deliver targeted presentations, highlighting how our platform solves client challenges and demonstrating its value.
  • Sales process: Manage the sales journey from initial contact to deal closure, collaborating with senior team members on strategic proposals.
  • CRM management: Keep records of all activities in Hubspot to streamline the sales process.
  • Market insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and product developments to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and compliance: Work closely with the SDR and marketing teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and policies.

 Do you have the Bud DNA? What we’re looking for…

  • Proven success in sales roles like Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Development Representative.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Ambition to grow in a sales-driven role, particularly within the SaaS sector.
  • Track record of consistently hitting and surpassing sales targets.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a “can-do” approach to solving challenges.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including working with MQLs and SQLs.
