QA transform delivery of their apprenticeships with Bud.
As part of their overarching strategy to be Digital by Design (DXD), QA, the UK’s leading tech training and talent services provider, has chosen Bud, the apprenticeship management platform, to improve delivery of their apprenticeships.
James Swaffield, Operations Director at QA said:
“The migration of learners onto the Bud platform has been a very smooth process”.
He went on to say:
“Bud has supported us in our mission to put the learner first. We are able to tailor our apprentices’ learning journeys to meet their individual needs. Through providing data in real time, Bud has meant that our Digital Learning Consultants (DLCs) are able to offer enhanced support to individual learners at the point that they need it, helping them to progress faster through their programme. The valuable data that Bud provides has also helped QA give employers better transparency and a holistic view of the progress of their apprentices. The platform has simplified the review and sign off processes, helping us to deliver a superior end-to-end service for our customers.”
Owen Thomas, COO at Bud said:
“We are extremely pleased to be working with QA and supporting them in achieving their ambition to be a Digital by Design company. The seamless migration of QA’s learners during lockdown has proven that Bud’s service and delivery levels are consistently high, whether the team are office based or working remotely”.
